Use this chart when you are using Ecosol or Primasol white or the ready mixed coloured Primasol:

New lime and cement plaster | After at least 6 weeks curing, prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810* or highly diluted WALL EMULSION**. |
Old lime and cement plaster | Remove loose particles, then prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810* or highly diluted WALL EMULSION**. |
Gypsum plaster (hard wall) | Remove loose particles, then prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810*, or highly diluted WALL EMULSION** |
Lime sandstone | Prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810* or highly diluted WALL EMULSION**. |
Concrete | After at least 6 weeks curing, prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810* or highly diluted WALL EMULSION**. Remove any remaining shuttering oil. |
Brickwork | Prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810* if highly absorbent. |
Cellulose fibre and soft fibre boards | Paint directly with WALL EMULSION. |
Chipboard | Prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810* or SPECIAL SEALING PRIMER 0811 to prevent surface bleeding. |
Plasterboard | Prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810*. |
Wood chip and other wall paper | Paint directly with WALL EMULSION. |
Old lime paints, varnishes and paint
| Remove completely and prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810*. |
Textile based wall paper | Prime with SEALING PRIMER 0810*. |
*Mix Sealing Primer 1:1 with water and add 10-20% Wall Emulsion
**Dilute with 30-50% water, depending on the absorbency of the surface; maximum dilution 1:1
